1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to saidmartinezcalderon.com only. They do not govern Immibrand, Auani, or any other platform operated by Saïd Martínez Calderón. Those platforms maintain separate terms where applicable.

By accessing or using saidmartinezcalderon.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. What This Site Is

This Site is a professional portfolio and contact point. It presents case studies, project documentation, and background on my work as a designer and developer. It does not sell products or services directly. No commercial transactions occur on this Site.

The content here reflects my work and perspective. It is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, technical, or medical advice. Do not rely on anything here as a substitute for qualified professional counsel.

4. What This Site Collects

This Site runs third-party tracking code. Here is what it does, plainly:

Google Analytics (via Site Kit)
Every page on this Site loads Google Analytics. It records page views, session duration, approximate geographic region, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. That data is sent to Google and governed by Google's privacy policy. I use it to understand traffic patterns. I do not use it to build behavioral profiles or target ads. Google may retain this data for up to 26 months under their default settings.
Meta Pixel (Facebook)
A Meta pixel fires on some pages of this Site, including project case studies. It sends page view events to Meta. If you are logged into Facebook or Instagram, Meta may associate your visit with your account under their own data practices. I do not run retargeting ad campaigns using this data. Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's privacy policy.
Contact and form submissions
Name, email address, and message content you submit through any form on this Site are stored in this Site's WordPress database. Forms are built with Forminator Pro. Submission data does not leave this hosting environment by default. I read submissions and respond. I do not share them with third parties, sell them, or use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

I do not aggregate your data with other visitors' data for competitive intelligence. I do not sell data. Those are the only active data collection mechanisms I am aware of running on this Site.
