This Privacy Policy applies to saidmartinezcalderon.com only. It does not govern Immibrand, Auani, or any other platform operated by Saïd Martínez Calderón. Those platforms maintain separate privacy policies where applicable.

This Site is operated by Saïd Martínez Calderón, an independent designer and developer operating as a sole proprietor based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. References to "I," "me," or "my" throughout this policy refer to Saïd Martínez Calderón as the operator.
This policy explains what information I collect when you visit saidmartinezcalderon.com, how I use it, and what choices you have.

This Site is a professional portfolio and contact point. It does not sell products or services directly, and no commercial transactions occur on it. The information collected here reflects the limited scope of that purpose.

When you submit the contact form, email subscribe form, or WhatsApp form on this Site, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. I receive and can read whatever you submit.
Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, or sensitive personal data through these forms. They are not appropriate channels for that kind of information.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this Site, standard web technologies collect certain information automatically. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages visited, and time and date of your visit. This data is collected through Google Analytics and is used to understand how visitors find and use the Site.

Forminator — Processes contact form submissions. Submissions may be stored in the WordPress database on my hosting server.
MailerLite — Manages the email subscriber list. When you subscribe, your email address is sent to MailerLite and stored there. MailerLite's privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
WhatsApp — The WhatsApp form opens a direct conversation on WhatsApp. Any information exchanged there is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. I do not control their practices beyond my use of their tools.
6. Data Retention
I retain contact form submissions for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and delete them periodically after that. Email subscribers remain on the MailerLite list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.
7. Your Choices
You may:
- Unsubscribe from the email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email I send
- Request deletion of a contact form submission or email subscription by contacting me at said@martinezcalderon.co
- Opt out of Google Analytics by using Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Disable cookies through your browser settings
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with data subject rights, you may have additional rights including access, correction, and portability. Contact me to exercise them.
8. Data Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this Site. That includes using HTTPS for all pages and relying on third-party processors that maintain their own security standards. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee the security of information in transit or as stored by third-party services.

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this Site, contact me at said@martinezcalderon.co and I will delete it.
